● For commission, we calculate percentage of total trade money amount or circulation according to law.

● Salesman has to perform contract for commission and agreement according to condition with us.
● Land depositor has to perform contract within specification time with us. Salesman does not sell to others. We are only broker. If land depositor sells to others within specification time, land depositor has to pay commission to us. For price is far from price specification, we have to receive this money according to contract.
● Salesman has to pay transfer charge, all tax and rates charge and special business tax [if have] or according to agreement. If it has not agreement, salesman has to pay all.
● Land salesman has to perform contract for land trade by we perform contract.
